1Meta Horizon Platform Data

Loony Laps uses the Meta Horizon Platform SDK and requests access to the following Meta Horizon Platform data:

• Meta Horizon User Age Group (USER_AGE)
• Meta Horizon User ID (USER_ID)

2User Age Group

Loony Laps uses Meta Horizon’s Get Age Category API to determine the age category of the currently signed-in Meta Horizon user.

The API provides an age category such as Child, Teen, Adult, or Unknown. Loony Laps does not receive the user’s exact date of birth through this feature.

The age category is used solely to support Meta Horizon age-group requirements and to allow Loony Laps to operate appropriately for users in the supported age categories.

Loony Laps does not store the user’s age category on a developer-operated server or external database. It is not used for advertising, marketing, profiling, or analytics, and it is not sold to third parties.

3Meta Horizon User ID

Loony Laps requests access to Meta Horizon User ID because Meta Horizon requires User ID access together with User Age Group access for the User Age Group Platform feature.

Loony Laps does not use the Meta Horizon User ID to create a Loony Laps account, build an advertising profile, provide multiplayer or matchmaking, operate leaderboards, or provide social features.

Loony Laps does not store Meta Horizon User IDs on a developer-operated server or external database and does not sell Meta Horizon User IDs to third parties.

The User ID is processed only as part of the Meta Horizon Platform integration associated with the User Age Group feature.

4Other Game Data

Loony Laps does not currently operate its own user account system, advertising system, analytics service, multiplayer service, leaderboard service, or external database containing Meta Horizon user information.

Game progress and settings may be stored locally on the user’s device as part of normal gameplay. This locally stored gameplay data is not used for advertising or user profiling.

5Meta Horizon Services

Meta may independently process information through Meta Horizon OS and Meta Horizon Platform services as part of normal platform operation. Information processed independently by Meta is governed by Meta’s own privacy policies and terms.

6Data Sharing and Sale

Loony Laps does not sell Meta Horizon User Age Group or Meta Horizon User ID data.

Loony Laps does not share this information with advertisers, data brokers, or other third parties.

7Data Deletion Requests

All users, regardless of geographic location, may request deletion of any personal data controlled or stored by Loony Laps free of charge.

If Loony Laps holds personal data associated with your request, that data will be deleted where applicable.

Loony Laps does not currently store Meta Horizon User IDs or User Age Group information on a developer-operated server or external database. Therefore, there may be no Meta Horizon Platform data retained by Loony Laps to delete. If so, we will confirm this in response to the request.

Data maintained independently by Meta must be managed through Meta’s own privacy and account controls.

The Loony Laps website offers an optional newsletter signup.

If you choose to subscribe, your email address is submitted through a third-party form service and is used only to send news and updates about Loony Laps.

Newsletter email addresses are not sold.
